Fair clothing should also have a fair guarantee. That's why we at Local Outerwear have your back for three years.
Whether on the mountain or in the city: If there is anything wrong with your clothing within the first three years, we will take care of it. Promise.
We will repair or replace any damage not caused by the original purchaser (with proof of purchase) within the first three years from the date of purchase.
Cycling gloves are excluded. Unfortunately, a warranty extension is not possible here due to the extreme stress and production method.

Our clothes have to endure a lot. From product development to materials: we are stricter than your old math teacher. And with success: our return rate is an incredible 0.5%. And to make sure everyone is really happy, we offer a three-year local guarantee.

It's logical for us: we want you to be able to wear our clothes for many years without worry. That may annoy our accountant, but it's good for the planet and gives you lots of karma points. Constantly repurchasing is not our thing.
